Breakfast Fixes

Cassava Bread Options:

  • Cassava bread smeared with avocado mixed into a paste with a hint of lime.
  • Cassava bread topped with goat cheese and smoked salmon.
  • Cassava bread covered with a pasture raised, soft boiled egg.
  • Cassava bread coated with blanched almond butter. We highly recommend Barney Butter brand of almond butter.
Puffed Millet Cereal:

  • Mix puffed millet cereal with coconut or goat milk.
  • Add cinnamon and Stevia to taste.
Smoked Salmon Bites:

  • Mash avocado into a bowl and mix well with lemon juice and onions. Lay out smoked salmon strips on a chopping board. Place a tablespoon of the mashed avocado on each salmon strip and roll the salmon around the avocado. Insert an appetizer pick through each salmon and avocado bite to hold it together.

Cauliflower Porridge:

  • Mix 1 bag of cauliflower rice with a can of coconut milk, one tablespoon of blanched almond butter, cinnamon, and Stevia to taste. Heat for desired temperature.
